This product is new. open box. It appears the box had busted up and the product fell out, as some of them have some dirt all over them on a couple of the poles, but I see no sign of it having been put together and I verify all parts are there. It had no instructions manual with it, but I print an assembly page offline and enclosed it in the box for you.
