~ My Rating 1 to 10: 8.5 out of 10 for vintage quality. There are no flaws in the wicker/rattan body but there are a few spots with the metal base. A round piece of felt is included should you choose to glue to the bottom of the lamp and all wiring is in very good condition. It should not need to be rewired.
