Just over 15 inches tall and 7 inches in diameter at the base. No packaging or COA but is AUTHENTIC THOMAS KINKADE! From an old nautical-themed collection collected in the late 2000s to early 2010s. Sat on a shelf for years, then moved into storage and in excellent condition. Minor signs of use and storage wear but nothing major and no real flaws or defects, especially on the front!
