Purchased this brand new, never wore or tried on. The tutu does have a flaw in the tulle (it came to us like that), it looks like a crease or possibly a run or snag but not sure, hard to tell! It’s on the back side of the tutu and hardly noticeable…see last photo for an up close view of it.
