Brand new. Handmade custom child’s Barbie tutu celebration dress or Halloween costume. This custom made Barbie tutu dress is made from tulle, pearled fabric, trim, and made on a stretch crocheted top. It will fit for ages between 1-3. The top has a lot of stretch. The sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder and are adjustable in the back. Made in hot pink and black with Barbie’s silhouette.
