LIKE NEW - from the 2000s and perfectly preserved, only worn once and professionally dry cleaned. Brand is Tiana’s Collection and was likely custom so no size listed. Would be for about size 10 kids as that was the size of my other dresses at the time. Top is flexible not stiff and has straps with corset string back and also zipper enclosure. Bottom is poofy from tulle but still soft and flowy with ruffled elements and scalloped material element on right side of dress. Flower element on front of dress is slightly squished but can be puffed up.

Great for holiday photos or holiday parties!! Also fantastic for flower girl.

About 12 inches across, about 42 inches long. Beautiful condition.
